Moving Adventures Media GmbH, headquartered in 80337 Munich, Thalkirchner Str. 58, organize a raffle. The raffle organized by us is in no way connected to Apple Inc. Apple Inc. is neither a sponsor nor in any way involved in our raffle.
Participation in the Internet raffle is free of charge and reserved for persons of legal age who have Internet access and an e-mail address. Only persons who are resident in the following countries can participate: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Slovenia and Liechtenstein.
Employees of Moving Adventures Medien, and other companies involved in the organization of the raffle are not allowed to participate.
By participating in the competition, the present rules of the game are acknowledged and accepted. Any other form of participation is excluded.
The raffle is only accessible via the Internet at the following address: www.oceanfilmtour.com/vote. If the raffle or circumstances require it, the Promoter reserves the right to postpone, modify, cancel or renew the raffle. The Promoter cannot be held liable for any of these cases. The competition starts on01.06.2026 and runs until 30.09.2026 inclusive. The prizes will be drawn after the end of the competition. The winner will be notified by e-mail.
Participation in this game is voluntary. Only one participation per person/household is possible.
Participants must take part in the competition between 01.06.2026 and 30.09.2026.
The prizes will be raffled among all participants who have confirmed their e-mail.
The winners will be informed of the prizes by e-mail in Mid of October 2026. The name of the winners can be announced on the Int. OCEAN FILM TOUR website or on Facebook and Instagram. The winners must report back to the e-mail address provided by Moving Adventures Medien as contact within 1 week after notification of the prize, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
